This was the first morning I didn't drink coffee. i'm not cutting coffee out of my life, but i'm also not going to drink it first thing. I made my yummy smoothie and am enjoying it. It lasts for a couple of hours and then i eat lunch. If i feel like I need coffee later I'll grab some of the wannabe stuff they serve here.

Oh yay I get to go to the dentist today. woop woop. I love cleanings but hate when they poke around with their mini stabbing utensil and check the depthness of the gums or whatever they do. I am sure they find joy in causing people pain...Ok Ok, I am not so bad at the dentist. I love cleanings, I just hate when they interrupt with work. You see, I found out YESTERDAY that they no longer have 5pm appts, which my wonderful little reminder postcard said. They called yesterday and made the appointment an hour earlier without giving me much of an option. Grr. Oh well, I can't miss my cleanings.

bleh now i'm depressed. Life gets in the way of traveling. I'm praying that Bella's UTI is improving and we won't have to do anything serious. I just hate thinking about more surgeries or ultrasounds etc, for our dog. She doesn't need that and ofcourse we'll do it for her, but she's our dog, i want her to be happy. :(

I cannot live without my new Samsung Galaxy-ha i almost typed Galazy. I have to say though, I'm a nerd. The games i have are mostly word games. Learning new vocab words! Also got some dog training stuff, yoga workouts, cigarette smoking reducer, and lots of other cool brain gadgets. I did download some mind numbing zombie games, but they're just for boredom. lol.

And don't be afraid to make your leftovers into SOUP! Soup is healthy and filling if you do it right. I've talked and talked about it before, but maybe i can help you guys see that you can pretty much make soup from almost all of your leftovers. I made a salsa verde pork the other night-mmm i love the crock pot. Well last night I took the remainder of the rice and black beans and the pork, put it in a pot added some chicken stock and coooooooked. That's my lunch. :) yummy. I would have blended the black beans but since my soup fiasco with our blender a couple of months ago, i will have to wait until i buy myself a new one. :)

ok issue here. I love my Fila wanna be shape ups, but they go with NOTHING and they make my feet look big. Since my back hurt last week i need soft shoes and these work. Do you think play-doh will ever go out of style? Someone gave me a play-doh jar with winnie the pooh on top and i thought to myself that maybe one day NO ONE will play with it. I almost felt guilty for not selling it. Shrug, it's in my cupboard and I think I'll wait till play-doh doomsday to get rid of it.
