hewwo wednesday

Why? Why is it when i've been waking up in the morning i see sunshine when it should be raining? I am missing out on the rain. It's happening at night or in the early morning and i want to be awake, sipping on a hot cup of coffee, watching the rain hit the puddles in the yard and cuddling up to my pup. Ahhhhh, that sounds so nice right now. Now if only i could have a fireplace...

I am praying that by next year I will have a house! I have to put it out there (out there meaning the universe) my needs and wants. Positive energy that it will happen. The right time will come. The credit card debt paid. The loan perfect. etc.....It's my time. It will be my time...

World Series this evening! Go Giants!

My chronic pain program is coming to and end! So sad, because i've learned so much. I've learned about body mechanics and the way we move. I've learned some simple and fabulous exercises that really make you feel better after you do them. i've learned that perfectly straight and erect isn't naturally the best way to stand or sit. i've always known my thoughts were my own worst enemy and that i had to figure out a way to control them or lessen them so that my tension would be less, but man oh man, have i learned a lot of different ways to do that! One of the most important things that's come out of this is meditation. At first i thought it was hokey, but after years of dealing with pain I entered into this program with an open mind because I was tired of all the pain, the aches, the flare ups...etc...I think it was the best time to be in this program, because i was willing to do whatever they wanted. Meditation can be hard, but i feel elated and brand new when my session is over. i can go on youtube at work or at home and close my eyes and listen to some guided imagery or a body scan and relax for a moment. When i finally learned how to relax my face in a couple of seconds, i knew that i could do this throughout my body. I feel so lucky to have done this. Is all of my pain gone? No. I have fibromyalgia and that pinched nerve in my neck is still there. But i am alright. I don't focus on my pangs anymore and i am learning how to NOT talk about them all the time either. There are too many ways to alleviate pain, that to focus in on it is NOT one of them.

What's for dinner? This weekend we had a couple of people over for Game 6. Gerry had thought he bought some beef ribs, but picked up brisket instead. How? Please don't ask...i have no idea why he thought it was ribs and didn't read the label. So after a couple of days sitting in my fridge salt and pepper and spices all coating that sucker, I put it in the crockpot this morning with some barbecue sauce. Hopefully it will be tasty and ready in time for dinner. I guess we'll have sammiches, so that means i need some delicious bread.

Ring of the Day!

Oh have i mentioned how i cannot wait for Thanksgiving??? I guess we may be doing a shared Turkey day like last year with my buddies Melinda and Natalie. Sounds good to me! Gotta see who else wants to come, I have some friends with no family around, so it's always good to spread the word.

cool stuff and stuff
ASPCA-Celebrate shelter animals and go shopping on the ASPCA website. Today i bought Bella a life jacket 26 bucks, a puzzle cube (she loves puzzles), and the book "Shelter Dogs"  which 40% of the book sales go to the ASPCA. I should have gotten this for the cats, since Misfit loves to destroy Gerr's dj equipment (really just uses it for a scratching post)

Dogs on Drugs- Go read blog. funny! lol.
Inspirations By D-I am in such a pumpkin baking frenzy that the more recipes i find the happier i get! The link will take you to the best  Pumpkin Cookies. I will have to be the judge of that...

people:this is all i got today....wtf...all the usual sites weren't very interesting today. ho hum...

PAWSITIVE DOG STORY!
Stubbydog is an awesome site. I welcome their emails every time i get one, because I know I have something amazing to read. I want you all to read about Juliet and her foster parents. This story is pretty cool. It's about a dog that was given up and living in a shelter until she found the right parents who taught her a valuable skill, proving that pitbulls are just as good as any other dog. It's an awesome read, here it is

Have a great day everyone!

What's goin on in there???

in my brain or life is the 'there' part, so let's get on with it...

Sammydress was a disappointment. But what would you expect from cheap prices? I mean really what did I expect not really what i received, but out of the 12 items that shipped (2 items were credited) i am keeping the jewelry and i think three or four tops. The rest of the stuff maybe someone else can wear. One thing to remember about this site is that the items are cheap, so they're made cheaply-Do Not have high expectations. I'm going to stick to hautelook, ideeli, forever 21, Ross etc....Hey i'll have some items that someone may like at our community garage sale! I do like their cheap jewelry-i like the concept you know? And for 1.98 a ring or a bracelet, then i guess i'm ok...here are some examples i'm wearing today...

Neither piece is heavy. They're cheaply made, but they're cute. I know I'll retire them soon, but figured i'd wear them at least once.

Ha! I was just told that I have an awesome ring collection....by a MAN!!! I feel good!

starting to panic....the world series is almost here...i have to watch these games dammit...How do i watch the Yankees???? HOW!???

Tonight is the Voice! I had no idea. I hadn't heard jack about it, until Gerr told me he heard about it on the radion. Awesome.

mmm The weather is getting cooler. The mornings are gray...could it be that fall is on its way?

oh man what's for dinner??? It's almost 10 am and i'm thinking about food. Pretty sure it's going to be bacon wrapped chicken with parmesan and monterey jack innards...lol..like my description? ha. ok ok..it's STUFFED...no innards.

I'm not looking forward to tomorrow. September 11th makes me very very sad.

i am sorta looking forward to tomorrow...my pain class is tomorrow night and i really like it. I'm learning a lot actually and my mind is definitely more positive.

I have guilt. I haven't talked to my mom in a while...sorry mom.

time for.....POSITIVE DOG STORY!
This story actually touched my heart. Hurricane Isaac was different than Hurricane Katrina where a lot of animals were left on their own. This link, Amazing Dog Rescue during Hurricane Isaac, has a video of a rescue of a 70 year old man and his 4 very frightened dogs. Dog stories aren't just about the dog and their heroisms but the people involved too. Good people who didn't care what the dogs looked like either you can see some pitty mixes.I'm so glad this man was with his dogs and they are all together.  Thank you Pawnation.

That's all folks. See ya tomorrow.

My dog is coughing...

rather she sounds like she's trying to push snot out of her throat. My vet tech neighbor/friend says it may be kennel cough. UGH.  Not good. I texted the new pups' parents and asked if she's been coughing. Haven't heard back from them yet. I hope it's a no, because that would suck for the pup to get kennel cough(she has gotten her first round of shots).  I figure wait a couple of days and see if Bella gets better. Dogs can get colds...which i wasn't aware of, so i'm hoping it's just a cold and NOT kennel cough. I need to hear back from these parents....parents texted back, no puppy coughing! that's good news.

It was another quiet night. Slowly i'm accepting Delilah being gone. I feel better knowing she's in a good place. I was finally able to put some pots and pans away. We had the crate against the counter blocking my drawers for pots and pans. Bella and I laid on the couch, placing her head on my shoulder and we watched Buffy together. I'm pretty lucky. I have a really good dog. I can tell she's a bit confused and now that she's a little sick, she's probably not too happy. I have to take her on a walk today and let her sniff at everything.

What should i make for dinner???
i'm defrosting some ground beef. maybe a super yummy beef quesadilla with extra extra cheese and avocado...simple huh!

I also need to make something for my companies potluck on Friday. Sometimes i get so lazy that i buy something the morning of, but this time we have a theme-MEXICAN! I'm feeling like baking something....because that's easiest for me...Let's see what we can find....

If i wanted to bake, this would be a good morning treat! I love Annie's Eats.
Raspberry Sour Cream Coffee cake
ok so i decided to keep looking on Annie's eats because everything she has is amazing....

Hey pinterest what do you have to offer:

Really this is all that is speaking to me for the party...which one should i make?

Heirloom tomatoes are the bomb people. My coworker gave me some and while i was prepping my spring mix salad, i realized i had some delicious tomatoes. I may not bring them home....I may though, because i want to make some roasted tomatoes with cheese for dinner too...shrug...i gotta stock up on some heirloomy goodness.

tata peoples.

A sense of renewed vitality.

I've been a bit humdrum for the last couple of weeks; happy yet bored....but yesterday I received some good news, which I can't share just yet. I'll share in a week or so, once it's official. But trust me it's good news.

I also woke up feeling better and less stiff. I think it was the Ativan i took last night. I'm not sure about other Fibro patients, but I fight taking medications. I fear relying on them daily and would just like to feel like I do today without them, but who am i kidding, things aren't going to change. I felt like i was getting the flu yesterday. My bones ached. My joints were stiffening. My muscles were tired yet stiff. I said "fuck it, i'm not weak. I just need some help" and swallowed my little blue pill. Now here i am at my desk, feeling a lot less stiff. So, I just have to swallow my pride and say "fuck it" sometimes.

So what are everyone's weekend plans????
Not sure about my own plans. But i'm thinking of relaxing and waxing. Yes waxing. I'll add that i'm only waxing my eyebrows. Trust me most people have no idea how their eyebrows should really look until they get them waxed and shaped by a professional.
Also I was thinking of maybe grabbing a girlfriend and coaxing her to come with me to Barnes and Noble. I want the new Augusten Burroughs book.
I own all of his books and no not on my tablet. I actually own the real thing and I couldn't complete my library with an Ebook, so i need to buy it. (mixed reviews, but i don't care)

by the way, David Sedaris, where's your new book....i miss your shit.

Hoping that we get that drive i was talking about earlier. It would be awesome. *insert smile here*

Last nights Dinner!
Because I love giving ideas for dinner and since i'm on this diet. I'll give you an idea of what i ate yesterday during the day first: string cheese, coffee, spring mix salad with leftover flat iron steak and carrots and my snack was some oatmeal. Dinner complimented itself nicely. Beddar with cheddar bratwurst and one potato with butter, garlic, cheese and a dollop of sour cream. My tummy was happy.  The amount of calories was about 1200 for the whole day. Everything was delicious. Tonight though, i'm crossing my fingers to go to Off the Grid...i haven't been in a while...keep trying though...so my calorie intake will be a bit high...sometimes you just have to splurge. :)

I live in Marin...I just read this article about a neighbor buying a house next to theirs just to tear it down...People in this area know how to waste their money. You have 4 million bucks to waste, I've got an idea. Give a million to our schools, a million to the shelters in the area, a million to help the homeless and another million to charities helping the environment, you idiot. Seriously,  you needed a view that bad? You couldn't think of another way to use 4 million dollar?. People like you make me sick.

Ugh i have such a bad taste in my mouth after reading that ridiculousness. This is why I'm not a big fan of the human race; filled with idiots this race is....(yoda speak)

Alrighty all, have a great weekend and be safe!!!! hugs and doves.

Heal Heal, butt of a frog...

When I had a booboo my mom would rub it and speak the following words in Spanish:(pardon my mispelling)
Sana que Sana
Culito de Rana
Si no sana oy sanara manana.

Translation:
Heal, Heal
Butt of a frog
If it doesn't heal today it will heal tomorrow.

I actually love the English translation more than the eloquently pretty Spanish translation. This phrase goes out to my pup today. She's having her surgery to remove her Mast Cell tumor. Speaking of, I just got a call from Bella's Auntie Natalie, she took her into work with her. We're pretty lucky that we are friends with a vet technician. We have a lot of animals between our two households and she's super smart and reliable. She just called me to talk about Bella, poor pup will be waiting there for HOURS without food....ugh, i couldn't handle it and I know she is a whiner. But Auntie Natalie knows how to get her to behave, so she gets:

In my opinion she's VET TECH OF THE YEAR!!!
  • You wanna hear something strange??? I'm going to take that as a yes, since i can't friggin hear you....I HAVE NO COFFEE IN MY HOUSE!? I am not sure how i feel about that. My smoothie drinking has replaced coffee, but I still love having a cup of coffee when I feel like it. We're also out of half and half. Gerry woke up early this morning, because I had asked him to give Bella a bath (cough cough LAST NIGHT) but he chose to do it in the morning. He woke up 10 minutes before my shower (cough cough, hell's the fuck no) etc...anyway, there was no coffee in the house for him.  Gotta tell ya, it gives me a bit of anxiety that I don't have coffee OR half and half in the house...and i'm almost out of olive oil...ARGH! must go to the supermarket after work.
  • ok i'm dilly dallying, but check this out. Thrillist just sent me this awesome email about ( get this) a rental car rally! Here's the link...sounds like an amazingly crazy time....It's June 22-June 23. Watch the video.
  • Ideal on Ideeli- LA Picks look good, a lot of choices and good prices.
  • Hot on Hautelook-Momji dolls, i love them they're precious! take a look!
They prices are reasonable and I would get a whole bunch if I wasn't saving for the NY trip. They're just precious collectables. They even have a ten pack of pens for 5 bucks. Next time...
  • What is for Dinner this evening???? hmmm, Saturday we made ribs with an awesome rub AND homemade BBQ sauce, Sunday I made home made pesto, last night I made beef stew. I guess we need to make some chicken tonight....I'm thinking spanish chicken with rice and beans-need some yummy protein for my lunches.
  • Today's salad-I'm still working on it people-red lettuce, green onions, spicy chicken salad. i know bland, but my CSA box is coming today!!!! so hopefully i'll incorporate a lot more veggies at lunch!
gotta make today a bit shorter. Let's all pray as a group that my pup's tumor is nothing and she has a quick recovery.  I hope you all have a great day. many hugs.

Debwee, Debwee...

We got Debwee. Whenever I hear the word "debris" I think of Twister-that movie about the tornadoes, where Helen Hunt and what's his face are not good actors at all, but the rest of the cast is funny and stuff, yeah that one...When i got in my car i heard the traffic report for the South bay and they were talking about debris on the highway. Once again it's supposed to be stormy, but I see this ginormous star in the sky that's making me blind; probably should stop staring at it. Anyway, I'm driving to work and i see all of these people swerve, YIKES, it's debris debris! Well, it was a garbage bag that probably fell off a truck. So that's the word of the day, if you hear anyone say debris, kick 'em or punch 'em in the arm.
  • Day 3 of my morning smoothie. I must say it's a guilty pleasure to hear that whirring of the blender and wake up Gerry...hehehehe. I know i'm so mean. If it was like 7 or so , i wouldn't do it, but come on it's 8-get your ass up. lol. I think my new blender hates ice. I'm not very nice to blenders, so I have to be careful. I will figure out my new blender and she will love me. OOH tonight is the farmer's market and I need some fruits!!! :)
  • What's the haps chaps? What is going on this weekend and what would I like to do. Truly I'd love to sleep in one day, but looks like Saturday I have to take Bella to the vet to get her second pee test-let's all cross our fingers that the Ecoli is finally gone...oh God, please...But what else sparks my interest:

Not much going on this weekend, which is fine with me. I should probably clean my house...hehehe.
  • I'm eating Tomato Basil Wheat Thins like they're the only sustenance i need to survive. I need to stop...after i'm done with the plateful i grabbed. And then I'll probably have ugly withdrawals so watch out.
  • Hot on Hautelook- Matisse shoes. Blu Pepper-Great GREAT prices...19-22 bucks for some really nice blouses and dresses.
  • Ideal on ideeli-Cute stuff on the Philadelphia picks sale and Girl's night out sale
  • I feel awful, i wasn't impressed with either one of the above-ideeli and hautelook today. But I have different tastes than most.
  • WHATEVER!!! Hey New Yorkers, get your butts on Living Social and buy the VIP meet and Greet with this guy:
Yup...I'd kill for this...Give me Just ONE Picture with him and I'd be super excited!! Oh wait..it costs 2500 bucks...nevermind that's fucking insane. Yes it includes a ticket and seating in the 100 level ticket, meet and greets bla bla bla...or you can choose to pay 2000 to meet Mariano Rivera. still way out of my price range.
  • Today on Livingsocial-Marin/Sonoma- paddleboard session for 2! 50 bucks 4 hours. that's a good deal!
  • Last night we started our Bocce team for Gerr's company. Stagecoach is official-there is a BOCCE Ball team!!! lol Had a great time, we lost but for most of us it was our first time playing in an actual court (ahem, me). I liked watching people and studying their technique. Can't wait for next week's game. Hopefully it will be a little warmer and less windy!
  • Oh and What's for dinner? My game plan for this evening is a baked scalloped potatoes with ham and Bacon! yummy.
Off to la la land. I think i'll stare at the wall and slowly drift off into a functioning coma. By the way, wheat thins were made by Satan. That is all.

Please wake up...

I cannot wake up. I'm tired every morning. Coffee isn't the best thing for me anymore, so I think i'm going to switch to decaf. It's not like it wakes me up or anything-just makes me jittery. Don't worry i think i'll do half and half rather than go full on decaf.
  • I've been trying to read my full collection of Edgar Allen Poe for the last 4 days or so. Last night I took a break because, The Facts and the Case of M. Valdemar, creeped me out so much that I couldn't go to sleep on Monday night.  It's a great story; scary as expected, but i'm pretty sure it could be read in the daylight just fine. I must restructure reading time so that i can enjoy it yet not be terrified of going to sleep.

  • How do you tell a friend who is doing amazing things with his band to NOT text you band flyers. It's not like I don't get facebook alerts and the such. sigh. I know i have unlimited texts, but some people don't.  For me it's more like, I know when your band is playing and I'll come out to a show when i feel like Gerry and I can make it. I just feel so bad because the first thing I thought was "REALLY???" lol...
  • What the hell is a brazilian blow out???? ok so it's some process where they smooth the hair and make it all shiney and smooooothhhh...did i already say smooth? I'm probably the last person on earth asking what it is, but I guess it's like a relaxer for frizzy hair. Cool. I thought it was like Amazon woman hair!
  •  Check out PureWow's exercises you can do without the gym, I am only about exercising without going to the gym. But you gotta look at the pic of the girl brushing her teeth, i'm adapting that exercise every am from now on. :)
  • Last night I made lava cakes. I'm trying to play around with fillings because the oozy stuff is the fun part. I placed a dollop of peanut butter in the center and my oh my, it was delicious yet a bit rich. Still yummy.
  • I also made a mini roast beef, green beans in garlic butter and a caesar salad. I think i may have found the most amazing caesar dressing, Ack I forgot what the brand was. I promise i'll get back to you.
  • What's for dinner tonight? I'm thinking Bacon wrapped Chicken Breasts with Swiss cheese and bread crumbs, Gerry fries? and another Caesar? hmmm we'll see what I'm in the mood for.
  • i love love love this blog!!! no not mine-well ofcourse I love mine, but i'm talking about Notes from a dogwalker and today's blog talks about Dog Walking Social groups. They even list social groups around the country!!! how fun is that. I didn't see one for my area, but I hope someone starts one!
  • Gerry and I are making a list of things to do in NY-especially things he wants to do. I have take a walk through Central Park, visit FAO schwartz, and he wants to go to the Statue of Liberty...or atleast the island.-because there is not way i can wait in a line for hours with my stupid back. it's just not gonna happen, but i think taking the ferry and walking about and taking a pic with her would be fantastic. I definitely want to take advantage of the beautiful May weather I'm praying we have. :) He mentioned Coney Island too and i can't remember if i've been there or not!!!
  • A new ingredient-at least for me anyway-to play with will be hoisin sauce. i want to coat some chicken (with skin) in it and roast...yummy...hmmm....
  • ok i gotta mambo...also Gerry and I are trying to come up with something super cool to do with my grandmother and mom for MOTHER's DAY while we're there....gotta think gotta think....
lots o luv....

Embarrassed....

Sooooo embarrassed. "Someone" put a video from my "fifteen minutes" of fame on Facebook. it's not just my fifteen minutes, but a whole band, still I feel a bit grossed out. lol.  They focused a lot on my ex husband and I, and I was a friggin dork. it's also embarrassing, because I said something dorky about meeting Eminem. Which of course someone had to comment about and instead of spelling his name correctly translated to me wanting to divorce my husband for a
So far the comments aren't so bad, but my biggest fear is this will open up old wounds. Yes there is a story, a long story too drawn out for a blog and would probably suit a tele novela, but we're going to leave it alone. This morning while I was in the shower i realized that in the video, the crew came to my work where my boss spoke to Matt Pinfield about me deserving to be a rock star. I almost screamed. I was in the shower and I turned red! why??? why???? lol. ok it was 12 years ago, but shit. it's friggin embarrassing. Lucky for me though, i have a friend and a boyfriend who are calming me down. I should be proud of it (even though I was super nervous and pitchy). ok let's carry on now. and the band was Headboard by the way. if y'all were interested. And the show was Farmclub.
  • i am buying the Shark Vac and Steam. can't pass it up. On ideeli, no shipping. I've been looking for another super steam mop AND it vacuums, now that's a winner.
  • It's 9:44 am...do you know what you're making for dinner? Cooking is always on my mind. I am hoping I'm not alone. We have a roast and some new rubs to play with, so we're definitely having some beef tonight. Hopefully some  french fries (Gerry and I are cooking together!) and a caesar salad too! Check out Epicurious and see what they think you should have for dinner tonight...it looks nummy!!!

  •  My dog must have issues with me. Maybe Gerry's right. Bella only acts looney with me. Yesterday Gerry and I took her out and he let her go play in the park, if i had hackles they would have been raised-she did great. She also played with another dog. I need his help. Looks like we need to take Bella out together. Not just me. She acts differently with me than she does with him. I guess it all comes down to me.  And now i'm not happy about that. My own tension is causing my dog to have issues. I should just give up. :(

Alright i got nuttin...but i'm leaving that little dot above just in case i come back and need to write more...have a great day avocado heads.

Let me go back to bed...

I need my sleep. I hate daylight savings time. My body is too sensitive to change. damn you.
  • I really want a corned beef sandwich with fontina cheese. I'd like to thank Bon Appetit for this idea that has resonated since yesterday and like crazy glue has fastened itself onto my stomach and i keep thinking about the delicious, mouth watering taste of  mustard and corned beef with gooey fontina cheese....fuckers....here's a picture so you can also drool...

  •   AH kitchen sale on ideeli!...I cannot buy anything...NOOOOO...
  • So anyone else catch Fashion Star this week...I caught a glimpse of it, i was pretty excited to see it, but since i missed half the show i figured i'll wait and see a full show. The guy who said the panel didn't know anything about high fashion was a dork. I may not like Nicole Ritchie or Jessica Simpson, but i respect their opinion since they're so close to the fashion industry. And also dude was just making leather jackets, nothing impressive if you ask me.
  • So my friend just asked me if i knew what Steampunk was all about. No I don't. But here is the link just in case anyone out there wants to know, I understand it now that Wikepedia helped me out. :)
think victorian meets 1900 technology and stuff. Best to look it up if you're still confused.
  • For Clarity purposes, everyone needs to read this KC dog Blog about the word adoptable and No Kill shelters. Please take the time to read it to educate yourself so that you know the truth about some no kill shelters. Some aren't as good as you think.
  • Ugh, some people have sick humor. There's one thing i don't joke about and that's hurting children or animals. This chick on FB has a couple of times thought it funny to say something about a baby seal walking into a club. People, it's not funny. it's disgusting. And when you watch a defenseless animal actually get clubbed you don't forget it.

just in case you need to be reminded here's the fucking picture. Now go to this link and sign the friggin petition to end Canada's commercial seal hunt. friggin assholes in this world.....
  • ugh...that picture bothers me so much, i only put it up to grab your attention, this shit isn't funny. Hurting an animal or a child or a human or anything natural to our environment for the means of making money, abuse, etc is ridiculous and cruel. End this crap now.
  • Wow, I foresee an enormous amount of people voting for Obama during election time. All these republican hopefuls are scarier than Sarah Palin. Telling Puerto Ricans to speak english, because he doesn't like it....well fuck off and give them their country back idiot. this guy is soooo soooo stupid...he gives Saturday night live a lot of material.
  • here's your awwww for the day....
  • oh dear me what's for dinner...well it can go two ways. Pork something or other, because i took out the frozen leftovers from last week out...or zatarains rice and beans with spicy sausage...i feel silly now for taking out the pork...but i will find good use for it. i think i'm going to stew it in some tomato and onion and serve with risotto??? i don't know if i have enough parmesan, but i should probably get some.
  • Well the rain has sorta stopped, so maybe this means i get to take Bella on a little walk later today. We have TWO storms approaching us, so we're not outta the clear just yet. fun shit.

Because we should never forget the truth about dogs ending up in shelters. We are responsible for millions of deaths. WE are responsible for the stupidity and ignorance of people who don't know anything about breeding. Vow to love and keep your animals, and if you feel like you would have to give them up ever, for any reason then DO NOT ADOPT.

see you later kittens and pups.

Yesterday was not the day...

Tix were too expensive. I guess I'll have to wait and see what happens. I love Jetblue, but i may have to check out another airline and i really don't want to..anyone else feel out of it today?
  • Last  night I tried a pinterest idea for a chocolate mug cake. I didn't use cocoa powder, i only had Quik, but i used less sugar because of that...you'd think it would still work, and well either that made the whole cake taste disgusting or maybe it's just not very good to begin with, I now have an aversion to all of these mug cakes. Click the picture and it should take you to the site it was on. Try it for yourself. I definitely wasn't impressed.

  •  I love the notes from a dogwalker site. Today's blog is about DINOS high value treats...treats that only should be given when our dogs react under stress-usually other dogs...I have lots of new ideas!!! check it out if you have the same issue and subscribe, because you won't be dissatisfied.
  • Attention Hautelook fiends : Great deal on a really pretty bohemian maxi dress for 28 bucks! This is just one of the patterns, but they offer about 6 or so....

HA i just passed my own test. I wanted to buy the pink version of this dress, i had it in my cart and everything, but i closed it...Sorry Hautelook I'm trying my best to save money, but trust me I love your site!
  • What is for dinner???? I have to make chicken again tonight...we buy those frozen bags of chicken and well, about 4 of them were stuck together so I had to defrost them. I'm thinking of putting something together in the crockpot and ready for us when we get home....The chicken may cook really fast so i need to be smart. (note:i didn't use the crockpot, but i may stew the chicken in some randomness i like to call Jacky Cooking Art)
  • I fear jinxing things, but i'm keeping my fingers crossed that no urgent jobs come up for Gerry on Saturday because he's promised me a day of fun! Either the city or some where we can walk around, have an awesome lunch, window shop etc. Maybe Haight St? Maybe Healdsburg? Who knows, but it sounds better than the gun range or the beach. I'm hoping it doesn't fall through. He's so cute though, he tells all of the customers that call him that Saturday he's trying to keep open for me. thump, thump, thump....
  • Wow i'm drawing a complete blank of what to chat about now...i hate when that happens.
  • Someone that inspires me a lot is my friend Frances. She's creative, she's got a great personality, she's pretty, and best of all she's got style. I love seeing her pins on pinterest because she goes into a part of my world that I love and not that many people around me understand. I love Rockabilly style, and if you know me you know that I have no patience with my hair-so i rarely pull that off. But i  L O V E it. I want to share some of her pins that I am going to steal today because I have nothing else to write and look how pretty this stuff is.
